2005: ARCANA 35, October 7-9, 2005, St. Paul, Minnesota, USA.

Arcana is one of the best-kept secrets in the horror field. Held around late September or early October in St. Paul, Minnesota, this small, inexpensive yet very friendly "Convention of the Dark Fantastic" has been going since the early 1970s, when a group of H.P. Lovecraft/Weird Tales fans started hanging out together at annual gatherings. The 2005 event, held at its long-tern venue, the Holiday Inn Express, Bandana Square which is built on the site of an historic railroad station (and retaining the original tracks running through the lobby).
